Content & Intellectual Property

Any templates, ideas, strategies, or materials shared during a session are for personal or business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

Content Usage & Portfolio Rights

By booking with Maydwell Media, you agree that any content created during your session. Including photos, videos, graphics, and behind-the-scenes footage, may be used for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes on my website and social platforms.

I will always credit and/or tag you when posting your content.

If you prefer your content not to be shared publicly, please request a Content Privacy Add-On before your session so accommodations can be made.

Tagging Courtesy

While it’s not required, I always appreciate when clients tag @iambeniwhit_ / Maydwell Media when posting content we created together.

It helps support my small business and allows others to find my work.

Support Outside of Sessions

If you have quick questions after your call, feel free to email. In-depth help or ongoing coaching may require a booked follow-up session.

File Delivery

Content will be delivered digitally within the outlined timeframe for your package.

Please download and save all files upon receipt—Maydwell Media does not guarantee long-term storage after 30 days.
